Registration Deadline: June 15, 2018

CICM 2018 charges no registration fee. Please be sure to complete the following steps at Conference Maker online system:http://editorialexpress.com/conference/CICM2018/

1.    Log into your existing account. Please click on the “Login” button found on the bottom.

*For new users, please click on the “here” button found on the bottom of the table. Submit and proceed to “Account Registration” section. Please accurately complete the form with all required fields designated by blue. After you register an account at the Conference Maker, log into your account.

2.    Fill out conference registration form. Please click on the “Meeting Registration” button found on the upper left of the page and proceed to “Conference Registration” page. Please fill in required items.

3.    Complete registration by clicking "Submit". 

*All participants are required to complete “Meeting Registration”. Conference Maker online account cannot be considered as a permission to attend the conference.  Only online registration will be considered and we do not accept email registration.
